Activities

1. Thinking, social, and resistance skills education are taught through the "Class Action" curriculum to all 9th grade students.

2. Early identification referral, and intervention services are provided through Youth Alive and Free and STARS counselors.

3. NOAHS Promise prevention clubs organized at all seven high schools to reduce underage alcohol use.

4. County-wide leadership conference for youth involved in the development and implementation of NOAHS Promise.

5. Safe and supervised alternative activities will be offered to all students through NOAHS Promise to include community service, tutoring, recreational, and cultural activities.

6. School and community-wide campaign to enforce norms against alcohol use by underage youth.

7. Enforcement of Community Policies to limit youth access to alcohol through community youth alcohol coalitions.

8. Teacher training to all faculty member will be offered.

9. School/Community collaboration in program planning and delivery.

10. Parent Networks in all seven high schools.
